Lärkkulla Languages is a top-class private education provider, focusing on creating the most rewarding courses. We are here for you, to help you on the path to a bright future.

Study options

FULL-TIME STUDIES

Choose to study full-time at Lärkkulla for 9 months (August-May, 36 credits / 864 lessons) or select shorter module studies. We offer these studies in English, Finnish and Swedish. Study these languages as major subjects, or combine them with a secondary language.

COMBINE LANGUAGES AND MUSIC

Lärkkulla Combined is a combo course designed for those who want to develop as musicians, and who need to learn Finnish or English to be able to apply to music programs at the university level in Finland or abroad.

SHORT COURSES

Lärkkulla Languages also offers shorter course modules in Swedish, Finnish, and English during the Academic Year.

Life at Lärkkulla

Lärkkulla is easily reached by train from Helsinki or Turku. Walking to Lärkkulla from the centre of Karis takes about 25 minutes. There are also skiing tracks, forest trails and beautiful scenery near our school.

Lärkkulla's gym, tennis court, table tennis and library facilities are there for you to enjoy. The municipality of Raseborg also boasts a swimming pool, two cinemas, ski slopes as well as several cosy cafés and cultural attractions.

Lärkkulla organises student union events, activities, concerts, parties and workshops throughout the academic year. These activities are part of the curriculum for which you receive one credit for participation.
